IBB Make Up Challenge March - Natural Glow ☆

Well, to be honest I'm not so confident with my makeup look >_<

Nevertheless I still want to give a try, since I'm so interested with this March's Make Up Challenge ♥

IBB Makeup Challenge February 2014 ~ Summer Fairytale

Indonesian Beauty Blogger Make Up Challenge February 2014 \(^___^)/

The theme is "Summer Fairytale" and here is my 2nd submission for this current IBB MUC ♥

My 1st submission was "Anna Frozen Makeup Look Tutorial" :p

Once upon a time~

There is a Summer Flower Goddess in this earth, she is being in duty to guard and maintain the flowers in every flower field especially every Summer. 

She creates flowers and help them grow stronger and prettier day by day.

The only power she owns is love. She loves flower, because they beautify this earth with their presences. She's little bit sad because humankind like to exploit flowers for their own benefit.

Would you help her to guard and maintain flowers in your city? Much better if you plant more flowers in your yard :) Let's guard flowers together with our sincere love ♥

Anna Frozen Inspired Makeup Tutorial [IBB Make Up Challenge February 2014]

Finally I give another try for Indonesian Beauty Blogger's Make Up Challenge this month.. 

I believe my last participation for IBB MUC was on August last year :P  

I decided to join this month IBB MUC because I like the theme & prizes! :3

When the first time I heard about IBB MUC "Summer Fairytale" theme, it instantly reminds me with Anna from Disney's latest animation movie "Frozen". You might wonder HOW COME? 

Well, I love Anna's character.. She's cheerful, warm, brave, lovable and independent :D

If you ask me, which one I prefer? Anna or her sister, Elsa? I can't decide.. because I love them both ^^

While Elsa represents frozen winter, Anna represents warm summer for me! :D 

Especially after she met Olaf The Hilarious Snowman, the feeling of summer becomes stronger in my imagination~ XD

Event: Shiseido Beauty Workshop by The Grand Palace

Hello my lovelies! Sorry for postponed post.. I was invited on Beauty Workshop presented by Shiseido on October 30th, 2013 :D This event was hosted by The Grand Palace Department Store, located in Grand City Mall Surabaya :) Thank you for the invitation, Nikki!

Well, basically in this event we would get makeup course from Japanese beauty expert, Ms. Yukiko Kanemune... or you may call her Kanemune Yukiko-san :D

The event was supposed to begin at 6 PM, but some of my fellow bloggers coincidentally came late.. so the event was bit delayed >_<

I got myself in one table with Sabrina and Lala :D

We snapped some photos before the event started hehehe..

In order to prepare ourselves before apply our makeup with decorative makeup (in this workshop), we should put base makeup before.

I only used BB cream+loose powder+concealer on this photo.. Thank to them for making my face less horrible, LOL XD

errr... my uneven eyebags T_T

Without further ado, the event has started :)

Le'ts meet the beautiful Yukiko-san! ^^ Beauty Expert from Japan!

She doesn't speak Indonesian, so there was a interpreter accompanied her on the stage. (I forgot to take photo of the interpreter, LOL). Anyway.. If only I could talk much to her T___T My Japanese skill is decreasing rapidly since few years ago.. OTL

Before started, we wore weird bandana and apron that Shiseido Team has prepared for us XD

Please excuse my silly face ._.

So, we just need to listen and see her instructions, and follow her steps as complete (and fast) as possible.

To be honest, she was too fast and some of us couldn't follow her steps properly @__@

I spontaneously said "woah" when saw the model.. so tall :O 

We was in rush and got panic, because when she has done with mascara part, we still struggling with eyeshadow base part .___. So yeah, we're kinda left behind her steps..

Makeup result:

Nice gradation eye makeup... compared with mine that so errrr... .___.

Ahhhhh looks so weird =___= sorry I was in rush and didn't do my eye makeup well

(looking for excuse, OTL)

I even haven't apply my mascara yet.. only curled my lashes little bit.. x_x lol

My opinion towards Shiseido makeup... most of them aren't pigmented enough IMHO..

Even their lipsticks are too sheer and didn't pop up vibrantly..

The winner of this makeup competition is someone we don't know.. maybe she is The Grand Palace's customer.. well, though we don't win.. We still could share some joy and selcas XD lalalala~

I got makeup pouch (love this pouch!), some Shiseido samples and a mini lipstick..

I got rosy color lipstick and it's too dark in my preference .___. really not wearable for everyday..

This lipstick should be suitable for vampy look.. yah maybe someday I can use this lipstick..

Caroline 17th Birthday Dinner

[UPDATE] I was chosen! IBB MUC "Must Have Red" 5 Top Finalists

Hi everyoneeeee, sorry for been MIA for around a week >.<

My internet connection was so terrible lately.. I guess it's still related with flood disaster which was happened in Jakarta few days ago =((

I hope everything's gonna be okay!

Back to the topic... Couple of days ago, I submitted my entry for IBB Makeup Challenge, and here is my makeup look with theme: MUST HAVE RED.

OMG still can't believe it!

Well, honestly I feel discouraged after seen other bloggers' makeup look.. They're so pretty good and beautiful! >w<

IBB Makeup Challenge: Must Have Red!

Hellooooo my beauties! \( ^ ε ^ )/

Finally this month I could managed to join IBB Makeup Challenge (^0^)/ *yeay*

Actually I don't have enough confidence to show you my makeup look >.<

I think my makeup skill still far far away from perfection, but at the end I encouraged my self to try and do my best. To be chosen as 5 candidates or not, it doesn't really matter :D at least I've tried.

So, this is it.. My MUST HAVE RED look ♥

For this look, I gave attention to my soft eye makeup, wearable red lipstick, red nail polish and red streak on my hair! 

Product that I used:

FACE: Etude House Precious Mineral BB Bright Fit | Palgantong Theatrical Powder | Revlon Photoready Concealer | ELF Golden Bronzer | NYX Powder Blush | Benefit Girl Meets Pearl Highlighter

EYES: Tony Moly Berry Lovely Eye Primer | La Colors Artist's Eye Paletter 50 eyeshadows (red) | Luview Triple Baked Eyeshadow #03 White Indigo (white & cooper) | Daiso Ellefar Eyeliner | Benefit Bad Gal Mascara

LIPS: EOS Lip balm | BH 32 colors lip palette | Tony Moly Mini tint

Practically I didn't apply too much blush on and bronzer, because I don't want to be like an "ondel-ondel" xD With red streak hair, red eyeshadow and red lipstick, you shouldn't add more colors on your face.. simply choose which part that you want to be focus on.

Personally I don't like red blood lipstick, it doesn't suit to my taste and my face >.<

That's why I created red gradient lipstick, that will compliment my look without make me look much older, also more wearable :)

For eyes, I used natural false lashes from Etude House. Thick false lashes won't suitable for this "must have red" wearable look.

Hopefully you won't vomit after seeing my photos spam xD LOL.
