Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel [review]

Heyyy everyone~ Today I'll show you some variants of Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel to be reviewed :D

Some of you may recognize this product as BBW Hand Sanitizer as well.

I bought these babies few weeks ago from my friend. I believe the price range of this product is around IDR 25,000-75,000 depends on what benefit you will receive.

I didn't interested to buy the PocketBac, so I just bought the Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel itself.

Packaging:

Easy to bring, fit into any purse, made from plastic and secure cap. Has tons of variants with different colors, fragrances and labels.

Currently I only own the mocha mousse, raspaberry ganache swirl and zombie tonic marshmallow :D because I have given the dipped strawberry and jelly jam donut to the winners of my latest giveaway

*Mocha Mousse: Scent of Mocha, so yummy :p LOL

*Zombie Tonic Marshmallow: Scent of Marsmallow, not too strong

*Raspberry Ganache Swirl: Scent of sweet raspberry.

I don't know why some variants made by glittery liquid and some variants made by sprinkle liquid o.o 

I admit that their colors are so attractive.. But I'm worry what will be happened if I use this product and let the artificial color be absorbed into my skin continuously..

Texture:

Like other common hand sanitizer, gel texture and easy to adsorb.

The descriptions.. Clear enough isn't it? :)

I heard that fake BBW is now available in many places, is it true? o.O

We must be careful then!

not tested on animals, yay!

Overall verdict, I quite like these hand anti-bacterial gels :) their scents are so fresh, sweet yet quite strong. Another plus of this product is, the fragrance is last longer than usual hand sanitizer!

Repurchase? Not sure.. Maybe if I meet another great deal hehe ^^

I was so excited because that was first time I heard about a brand named Soap & Glory. I knew this brand is comes from UK afterward (-‿◕)

After I received this product, I was like..."Hand Food? So, will my hand loves this hand cream?"

it comes with secure flip-top cap

Texture: quite thick, yet can be absorbed easily into skin.

leave sticky feeling afterward (but the sticky feeling will disappear after 3-5 minutes)

I don't know where we are able to buy this hand cream in Indonesia, ci Phanie bought this at Sephora store in Singapore :)

Personally I like this hand cream.. It's non-greasy and really moisturizing my hand with its shea butter and macadamia oil substance. Another plus point about this hand cream is, the scent! Very relaxing, yet not too sweet. I don't know how to describe the fragrance >.< Maybe it's like a mix of marshmallow and shea butter, lol.

+ Makes my hand become smoother than before

+ Nice fragrance

+ Pinky packaging <3

+ Ideal for travelling

What I hate </3

- It leaves little bit sticky feeling after application

- When I open the cap at public place, somehow some people pay attention to me because of its sound *-*

Tips Praktis: Perawatan Tangan & Kaki

Aku termasuk orang yang jarang meluangkan waktu untuk merawat kaki dan tanganku.. Jangankan membuat scrub untuk kaki dan tangan, membuat scrub/masker sendiri untuk wajah saja aku termasuk orang yang malas >_< *slapped*
Karena itu aku lebih sering menggunakan produk-produk untuk perawatan wajah dan badan. Untuk skincare, aku lebih picky karena ini kan untuk wajahku sendiri.. tapi aku juga biasanya memilih yang affordable dan sesuai dengan kantongku :p

Tapi untuk perawatan tangan & kaki?
Hmm.. Ini dia tips perawatan tangan & kaki ala aku ^^

1. Hand Nails
- Jangan lupa rutin memotong kuku dengan nail clipper. Jangan terlalu pendek tapi juga jangan dibiarkan terlalu panjang dan tidak terawat.
- Jangan terlalu sering menggunakan nail polish, biarkan kuku mu beristirahat beberapa hari sebelum berganti dengan warna nail polish lain. Waktu membersihkan nail polish aku selalu menggunakan nail polish remover yang acetone free :) Di sini aku memakai produk dari Missha :) Acetone-free nail polish remover.

- Jangan menggigiti kuku, karena kuku mu bisa jadi rapuh. Selain itu kuku merupakan salah satu penyebar kuman paling berbahaya yang bisa masuk ke dalam tubuh.
- Seminggu sekali aku menggunakan vitamin kuku. Seperti Nail Vita Essence.
- Kalau diperlukan, gunakanlah nail hardener bagi yang kukunya mudah rapuh :)

- Jangan menggunting kutikula (atau kulit yang tumbuh di sekitar kuku), gunakan cuticle nail pusher untuk memasukkannya kembali ke sela-sela kuku jari :)

- Sebulan sekali bisa menggunakan Talika Instant Manicure untuk mecerahkan kuku yang menguning dan melembutkan kutikula dalam 3 menit.

2. Hand & Elbow
First impression kan penting.. Ngga ingin kan waktu kenalan dan berjabat tangan sama orang baru, ternyata tangan kita kasar dan bersisik? :p Jangan lupa untuk menggunakan hand cream untuk sehari-hari. My currently favorite hand cream is Cussons Baby Hand Cream :)

sering juga kugunakan pada siku agar tidak kasar.

3. Knee, Feet & Heel

Aku orang yang ngga suka ribet, biasanya aku scrub tumit, lutut dan siku ku menggunakan body scrub yang kugunakan waktu mandi ^^ jadi sambil mandi sambil scrub di bagian kaki, siku dan lutut. Biasanya aku luluran seminggu bisa 3-4 kali tergantung mood :p

Kali ini aku menggunakan lulur green tea dari Purbasari :D

Setelah mandi, atau sebelum tidur jangan lupa menggunakan body lotion untuk area-are yang mudah kering dan butuh kelembaban ekstra seperti di tangan, kaki, siku, tumit, lutut.. Aku biasa menggunakan vaseline, atau cussons baby :)

4. Toenails
Prinsipnya sama dengan perawatan pada kuku tangan. Tapi karena kita menggunakan kaki lebih keras daripada tangan, sebaiknya kuku kaki lebih sering dibersihkan dan diberi vitamin agar tidak menguning / menghitam :)

OTHER TIPS:

1. Jangan lupa untuk selalu menggunakan Sunscreen UV protection di seluruh tubuh kita yang akan terkena matahari, jika kita akan beraktifitas di luar ruangan. UV protection sangat penting agar kulit kita tidak tersengat matahari dan mengurangi resiko kanker kulit.
2. Sesekali rilekskanlah kakimu melalui foot reflexology di salon :) Luangkan waktu untuk memanjakan kakimu.
3. Jangan lupa sering-sering menjemur sepatu yang biasa kita kenakan, di bawah sinar matahari. Tujuannya agar sepatu tidak bau dan tidak menyebabkan jamur di telapak kaki kita.
4. Jika kaki mu mudah menghasilkan bau, bawa lah foot spray ke dalam tasmu dan jangan lupa untuk menggunakan kaos kaki :)

Yuhuuuuu~ This is my review about Instant Manicure from Talika :D

What is Instant Manicure? Hmm.. for me, this is my first time to try this kind of product ^^, I'm so excited to try it out! =)

Lemon & ivy extract - Gentle cleansing 

Horsetail extract -  Providing essential minerals

Hmm.. interesting, isn't it? ^^

Manicure and express treatment

This effervescent powder made from fruit and plant  extract whitens and cleans your nails in three minutes.

- Whitens the nail tip

- Softens cuticles

- Lays a protective film

- Gets rid of the smell of tobacco

Directions for use:

1. Pour the powder into a bowl of warm water, 

The water should be enough to cover nails completely

2. Place your fingertips in the solution

3. Gently "wiggling" them for three minutes

4. Dry with a soft towel or cloth

So... let's try it out! =D

1. Prepare the water and talika instant manicure

2. Pour the powder into the container / bowl

3. let the effervescent powder dissolve

4. Place your fingertips in the solution (and gently "wiggling" them in 3 minutes)

And.. the result is.. 

I didn't feel any significant difference after used this Talika Instant Manicure.. Maybe it because my nails not too yellowish.. I feel my fingertips becomes slightly clearer and whiter.. But I'm really sure that my fingertips becomes so soft and delicate (≧∇≦)

Although this product is a instant manicure, I just didn't want to dispose the rest..

So I also use it for my toenails XD lol... *slapped*

My toenails become so whiter and clearer after that *w* wow

What I love <3

Cussons Baby Soft & Smooth Cream [review]

Hello~~~

This is my current favorite hand cream, 

Soft & Smooth Cream from Cussons Baby..

Mine is in Almond & Rose Oil..

Maybe I am not the only one who use this cream ^^

I usually use this cream for my hand, elbow, knee, heel, and feet =)

What I love most from this product is.. the BABY SCENT ^^

really makes me relax :) and so moisturizing~♥

descriptions: An easily absorbing formula which leaves your baby's skin soft, smooth, supple & moisturized. With Almond oil will nourishes & moisture skin. With Rose Oil will give aromatic calming.

the minus is.. this product contains paraben.. But i think it doesn't really matter..

as long as not exceed the recommended dosage..

it contains 50g.. and the price is around $1-2 or 10,000-20,000 rupiahs

(i forgot the exact price)

has creamy texture and easily absorbed into my skin =)

What I love <3

+ So moisturizing

+ Could be used for hand, elbow, knee, heel and feet

+ Cheap

+ Has aromatic calming scent

+ Could be easily found in the drugstore

+ Easy to carry

What I hate </3

- Not really hygienic because I have to use my fingers to take the cream

Innisfree Canola Honey Hand Butter [review]

Today I would like to share about this hand butter from Innisfree..

It's Canola Honey Hand Butter..

Maybe you already familiar with Body Butter.. But, Hand Butter?

Hmm.. let's see ^^

tester size: 15 ml

Couple months ago I got trial kit from Innisfree, contains canola honey hand butter, cream, and serum.. ^^,

This is the fullsize of canola honey hand butter in 50ml :)

So this is it.. 

the sealed cap

the texture is lil bit buttery and sticky.. It's smell really like honey!

I feel like apply 'real' honey on my hands *___*

However, this sample size is handy for travelling, i do not feel worry to put this one into my purse because the cap is quite secure.

What I love <3

+ Quite moisturizing my hands

+ Gives nutrition for my hands

+ Easy to carry

What I hate </3

- Sometimes it leaves 'sticky feeling' on my palm of hands (do not use this outside of AC room)

- Sticky

- Not really easy to absorb

- The scent of honey is 'too much' (i prefer softer scents)
